Elevate Skills | Five module self paced corporate course | Botswana
This course helps managers and employees plan a change, involve affected people, introduce a digital process and check whether it improves work. It uses a fictional branch service project throughout. Botswana’s SmartBots programme provides national context for digital transformation across government, business and society; each organisation must still establish its own case for change.

Running case study
A fictional Botswana parastatal replaces emailed service requests with an online request and tracking system in three offices. The current process has lost requests, repeated data entry and long response times. The sponsor proposes a pilot in one office, then wider rollout. Some staff have limited connectivity or shared devices. The numbers and organisation in the exercises are fictional.
