Course Overview
The Training of Trainers programme prepares participants to design, deliver and evaluate practical adult learning. It is built for people who must transfer knowledge or workplace skills and need more than presentation ability. During the programme, each participant develops a complete, evidence-based training session and demonstrates it through assessed microteaching.
The course combines short concept lessons with workplace scenarios, demonstrations, peer feedback and applied assignments. By completion, a participant should be able to move from a performance need to a measurable learning solution, facilitate inclusive in-person or virtual sessions, assess competence and improve future delivery using evidence.
