Course Overview
Artificial intelligence can help employees write, research, analyse information, create presentations, improve communication and manage routine workplace tasks. However, productive AI use requires more than entering a quick question. Employees must choose an appropriate tool, provide clear instructions, verify outputs and protect organisational information.
This course introduces six widely used workplace AI tools:
- ChatGPT
- Google Gemini
- Microsoft Copilot
- Claude
- Canva AI
- Grammarly
The tools’ features and availability depend on the organisation’s subscription, settings and approved-use policies. Their official workplace materials position them broadly around productivity, writing, analysis and content creation: OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Canva and Grammarly.
